Creative Team-building Training

This creative team-building program uses the arts to help change agents creatively transform heartbreaking challenges in their communities. It is a shovel-ready transformation structure, incorporating visual arts, storytelling, neurobiology and ecology to accelerate connection, deepen trust and spark innovation.

We are excited to offer an in-person (El Paso, TX) Creative Team-building Facilitator Certification program. The training will begin July 18th, 19th, (9 am-5pm MST) and 20th (9 am-12pm MST) 2025. Training will be at the UTC Studio and is limited to 8 people. Participants will have complete experience of designing and creating a Singing Tree® Mural.

This workshop will be followed by a five-month Creative Team-building Facilitator Certification program. This program will support you in bringing the Singing Tree® Mural Project to any community of your choice, meeting one Saturday a month.

The Singing Tree® Mural Project is an invitation to everyone on the planet to transcend disconnection and loneliness by having fun creating together. Founder Laurie Marshall designed the Singing Tree™ mural structure - works of art created by many people working together inspired by the mutualism of trees and forests. The Singing Tree™ Mural Project demonstrates that collaboration is not only possible, but it produces extraordinary results. 144 murals have been made by over 26,000 people from 52 countries.
